Request access

The applications and systems that providers use to submit, check and verify their data include HEPCAT, HEIMS Online and HEIMS Administration. To request access you will need to complete and submit the Access to department systems form.

The terms and conditions listed on the form must be accepted by the user before access can be granted. Each staff member must be issued with their own login ID and password. Sharing credentials is not permitted under any circumstances.
