New HEPCAT Release Now Available A new version of HEPCAT is now available for download. For this release only you will also need to download a new version of the prerequisites. New Reports in HEIMS Online Several new reports have been added to HEIMS Online as part of the latest HEIMS release. This includes a new Campus Records report and a FEE-HELP adjusted report. For providers approved to offer Commonwealth supported places, there are also five new reports that have been designed to assist with the financial analysis of HECS-HELP funding, future load planning and viewing data submitted to the department. VET FEE-HELP Read More > Higher Education Read More >	New Enrolment Functionality Enrolment Revisions (ER) & VET Enrolment Revisions (VER) The latest HEPCAT release includes the functionality for the new enrolment revisions process. This replaces the current process where revisions to enrolment data can only be made by the department. TERTIARY HELP Forum The Tertiary HELP providers’ forum was held in Canberra on Friday 23 November 2012. More information will be available in an upcoming Tertiary HELP eNews which can be found on the Innovation website. Each year the Department collects data on the number of applications offers received and accepted for undergraduate study at university. More information and the 2012 undergraduate reports are now available on the Department of Innovation’s website.

National Advisory Group on Higher Education Data and Information

The National Advisory Group on Higher Education Data and Information (the Advisory Group) held its initial meeting in Canberra on 26 October 2012. The Advisory Group aims to achieve consensus on approaches to data collection in the higher education sector.

Staff and Contact Changes If you have new staff or staff who have changed roles and require access to HEIMS please ensure the appropriate advice and forms are provided to the department as soon as possible. New and departing staff are required to complete an Access form.
