VET – Thank you for reporting

On 21 December 2012 the Department of Industry Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education advised all VET providers of the interim reconcilliation of 2012 funds and the data submission requirements which will enable the reconcilliation of funds to occur.

Our thanks to all VET providers who submitted their student liability data for the period 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012 into HEIMS by 31 January 2013. As advised in a notice sent to you on 30 January 2013, in consideration of system issues the due date has been extended to 8 February 2013. We would encourage you to submit a few days early to allow time for you to address any validation errors.

It is vital to ensure that all your 2012 data has been submitted, so that an interim reconciliation may occur.

If you are unable to complete your student data submission by the specified time please advise the department via email to tsenquiries@innovation.gov.au – attention: Gabrielle Wellspring.
