Data Validation
01. So we report through HEPCAT, but get the error reports via HEIMS Online? Do we get any error messages through HEPCAT?
02. What happens if the validation comes up with errors?
03. Can we update the errors on the system instantly or do we have to update our data and keep validating data before submission?
06. For HEPCAT validation ID 5660: what if previously I reported a wrong student date of birth and the current one I reported is right?
07. We have students transferring to different courses and when we submit they have a HEIMS warning message that they have a different course commencement date. How can we rectify this warning message?
08. Is there any way we could obtain a mapping of which warnings in HEPCAT become fatal errors in HEIMS? We regularly have many hundreds, if not thousands of HEPCAT warnings, so it is not always practical to go through all of these.
09. Other than the HEIMSHELP website pages, is there a master list of HEPCAT / HEIMS validations available in Excel or text format to download?
10. Are HEIMS validation error reports accessible via HEPCAT?
