Timing, scope, structure and elements - FAQ 06

06. What is the difference between the scope, structure and elements in a file?

The Scopestructure and elements are like building blocks. An element is a single building block that comes in different sizes and shapes. The structure document describes how those blocks should fit together and the scope tells you which blocks you should use to build your submission.
