No record can be found in HEIMS Fatal E446 E315 E510 E511 E412 E509 E415 E306 E446 If incoming record has a variation reason code (E446) = "2" or "4" and the incoming values do not match an active record (one in HEIMS that has not been logically deleted) on HEIMS on the following fields:
  • Sex Code;
  • Organisational Unit Code;
  • Work Sector code;
  • Function Code;
  • Current duties classification type and level group code;
  • Higher Education Provider Code;
  • Reporting Year / Period.
