Record already exists in HEIMS. To modify a record use Variation Reason Code (E446) = 2 (Modify) Fatal E446 E315 E510 E511 E412 E509 E415 E306 E446 If incoming record has a variation reason code (E446) = 5 and matches a record in HEIMS on the following then display message:
  • Sex Code;
  • Organisational Unit Code;
  • Work Sector code;
  • Function Code;
  • Current duties classification type and level group code;
  • Higher Education Provider Code;
  • Reporting Year / Period.
