Record already exists in HEIMS Fatal E446 E307 E313 E446 E527 Incoming record with E446 (Variation reason code) = 5 (add) must not find an active record on HEIMS that match on the following fields:
  • E313 (Student Id);
  • E307 (Course code); and
  • E527 (HELP debt incurral date).
Active record in HEIMS is defined as a record that has not been previously deleted. 		SA
