Record not found in HEIMS to modify Fatal E446 E307 E313 E446 E527 Incoming record with E446 (Variation reason code) = 2 (modify) must match an active record on HEIMS on the following fields:
  • E313 (Student Id);
  • E307 (Course code); and
  • E527 (HELP debt incurral date).
Active record in HEIMS is defined as a record that has not been previously deleted. 		SA
