Another Commonwealth Scholarship record exists with the same Scholarship Group in a Current/Deferred status in the same HEP.	Fatal	If the incoming scholarship record's Scholarship Group is CAS/CECS and its Status is Current (i.e. E526 = 1) then reject the incoming record if there exist another scholarship record with the same Scholarship Group in Deferred (i.e. E526 = 2) Status in the same Reporting Year/Period in the same HEP. If the incoming scholarship record's Scholarship Group is CAS/CECS and its Status is Deferred (i.e. E526 = 2) then reject the incoming record if there exist another scholarship record with the same Scholarship Group in Current (i.e. E526 = 1) Status in the same Reporting Year/Period in the same HEP.
