All HEIMS applications will be unavailable between 8:00am and 1:00pm (AEST) on Saturday 8 May.

Note to WA institutions, this will be during business hours due to the time zone differences.
With the transition to the TCSI project, there is currently an interruption of the data sync between HEIMS and the ITSP database. As a result, the data in HEIMS Online is not being updated to reflect new submissions since Monday 22 February.
There is also an outage with the TFN verification service. This service is expected to resume Friday 26 February.
HEIMS applications are no longer available via the Education Portal.

Problems may be encountered if a different browser or an older version of the specified browser is used.
While we transition the TCSI system to production, there will be a temporary hold on HEPCAT submissions from Friday the 4th, to Monday the 7th of December.
VSL Providers have data to be reported by December 7th. If required, providers may have an extension until 5PM AEDT 10 December 2020 to report these student data in HEPCAT.

VSL student data with census dates in December must be reported by 7 January 2021. Extensions to the date will not be offered so we recommend reporting this data early. Your Statutory Declaration can be uploaded into HITS early, once the census days have passed and your data has been reported.
Your first half-year 2020 student data is due to be reported by Monday 31 August. The deadline to verify/sign-off on this data is Thursday 15 October.
There will be a HEIMS outage between 10am and 2pm on Saturday 25 July.

Due to scheduled maintenance on HEIMS servers on Saturday 4 July, HEIMS Production reports will be unavailable for a two hour period during the day.
Please note only HEIMS online reports will be affected. Providers should still be able to submit data through HEPCAT and access other HEIMS services including allocating CHESSNs in HEIMS Administration and Web Services.
There will be maintenance to HEIMS systems between 19:00 AEST Tuesday 9 June to 14.00 Wednesday 10 June
Data can be submitted through HEPCAT but it will not be processed by HEIMS until the updates are completed. This will also affect the allocation of CHESSNs.

There will be no impact to TFN verification in the Government eCAF.
As we further integrate our support capability across the Department of Education, Skills and Employment and Services Australia, there will be a change of address for the TCSI Support Mailbox.
This change will take effect from COB today (8 May 2020), and we will continue to service the sector for all TCSI related enquiries as usual through our new email address at tcsisupport [at] dese.gov.au.
We will continue to follow-up on and respond to any currently open enquiries, and will also monitor the existing mailbox for the next two weeks to re-direct any emails.
